RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Elvora Outfit, our customers are our top priority! Our dedicated Customer Service team is here to assist you with any exchanges or refunds for your purchased items. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy below.

Domestic Orders

Validity

All products purchased from Elvora Outfit are eligible for exchange or return within 7 days of the delivery date if they are:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrectly delivered

  • Wrong size (subject to stock availability)

Conditions for Exchange or Return

To qualify for an exchange or return:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

Sale Items

Products purchased during Sale, Clearance, or Promotional Offers are not eligible for a refund.

Sale items can only be exchanged, subject to stock availability.

Exchange or Return Process

Notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Before sending any parcel back, you must request our return address via WhatsApp or Email.

Please do not send any return without first receiving our return instructions.

You may use any reliable courier service, including:

Please share your tracking number with our Customer Service team after dispatching your return parcel.

Shipping Charges

All return and exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund request will be processed if it meets our return conditions.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Credit/Debit Card Payments

If your order was paid using a credit or debit card, the approved refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched.

Elvora Outfit reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
