1. Returns & Exchanges

Domestic Orders

Products purchased from Elvoraoutfit.com are eligible for exchange or return within 7 days of the delivery date if they are received:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • In the wrong size (subject to stock availability)

Conditions

To qualify for an exchange or return:

  • Items must be unused and unwashed.

  • Original tags must remain attached.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted.

Sale Items

Products purchased during any Sale, Clearance, or Promotional Offer are not eligible for refunds.

Sale items can only be exchanged, subject to stock availability.

Return Process

Customers must notify our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery.

Before returning any parcel, customers must request the return address through WhatsApp or Email.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the wrong or damaged product was sent by Elvora Outfit.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For prepaid orders paid by credit/debit card, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

Elvora Outfit reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Payment verification issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Quality control concerns

2. Accuracy of Content

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and images displayed on Elvoraoutfit.com are accurate.

However, slight differences in product colors may occur due to screen settings and photography. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or content errors without prior notice.

3. Order Acceptance

Your order is considered accepted only after it has been confirmed and dispatched.

You will receive an order confirmation through the email address or phone number provided during checkout.

4. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only.

Elvora Outfit is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Placement

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Incorrect information may result in delayed or failed deliveries.

6. Intellectual Property
